The Board of Directors of Geregu Power Plc (the Company) has informed Nigerian Exchange Limited (“NGX”) and the investing public about the Company’s change of its registered address. The Company’s former registered address was 13, Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos. Following the relocation of its corporate head office, the Board has approved a change of the registered address to 6, Onega Street, Off Gana Street, Maitama, Abuja. This change was necessitated to align the Company’s registered address with its principal place of business, enhance administrative and operational efficiency, and ensure that the Company’s corporate records with stakeholders remain accurate and up to date. Accordingly, all stakeholders are requested to take note of this change and update their records to reflect the Company’s new registered address as stated above.
